We are currently experiencing a power outage to all buildings in the area for our office. This means that our support is limited as whilst parts of our offices are UPS backed, this cannot power all of our computers and telephone systems.
Telephones have been running on UPS power however this is now low and so these will go offline shortly.
We must stress that this has absolutely no impact on our hosting services or our network operations centre. This is specifically limited to power at our main offices which are completely independent of the datacentre where our hosting services run from.

Power has now been restored and our systems are restarting. We will continue to monitor this until Western Power confirm the issue is resolved

Western Power have updated their rectification time to 14:30 and so there may still be disruption to our offices until resolved.
