You may be aware that a recent upgrade to cPanel introduced a new feature called Greylisting. Whilst this is an anti-spam feature that is designed to make mail more managable, due to the way that cPanel have chosen to implement this by opting all accounts into the new feature as opposed to allowing you to turn this on if required from within cPanel, we have noticed that this has been causing issues to a number of customers and delaying them receiving mail.

With no other practical solution in place for now, we have therefore decided to disable Greylisting across our servers today and so this should no longer cause any issues for users. Should cPanel update their implementation method in the future, we will consider reinstating this feature for users.
