We have identified an issue with a network switch that serves some of our directly hosted customers and so are in the process of deploying a fix for this later this evening at 22:00. This may result in a brief interruption to transit whilst traffic re-converges . This should not cause any more than 1-2mins outage however.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused whilst we proactively address this issue.
