Wednesday 24th December (Christmas Eve) - CLOSED
Thursday 25th December (Christmas Day) - CLOSED
Friday 26th December (Boxing Day) - CLOSED
Monday 29th - Tuesday 30th December - Support Tickets Only (10am – 4pm)
Wednesday 31st December (New Years Eve) - CLOSED
Thursday 1st January (New Years Day Bank Holiday) - CLOSED
Friday 2nd January - Support Tickets Only (10am – 4pm)
Monday 5th January 2014 - Normal Business Hours Resume
During the above periods of reduced support, all servers and services will operate as per normal and will continue to be monitored and managed 24/7. For the days marked support ticket only, our main office is closed and so there is unlikely to be any telephone support available, however support tickets will be answered although please bare in mind that we will be running on reduced staff levels and so tickets may take slightly longer to answer than normal. Any tickets submitted outside of the above support times will be dealt with on the next working day.
In line with standard industry practice, there is also a network change freeze in place for the Christmas period where no core network configuration changes will be permitted between the 23rd December 2014 and 6th January 2015.
