Formmail Script
Within the ZIP file is a perl script called formmail.pl. You will need to adjust the referrers line to match your domain name so as to only allow messages to be sent to your own domain name and so prevent abuse of the script. The extracted script (not the ZIP file) should be uploaded to your public_html/cgi-bin directory and CHMOD 755 in order to then be usable by a feedback form on your website
