We would like to provide you with details of the variations to our normal operating hours for this Christmas & New Year period in case you require any assistance with any aspect of your service as at times we will be operating with reduced levels of support.
Christmas Operational Hours
Tuesday 24th December (Christmas Eve) - CLOSED
Wednesday 25th December (Christmas Day) - CLOSED
Thursday 26th December (Boxing Day) - CLOSED
Friday 27th to Monday 30th December - Support Tickets Only (10am – 4pm)
Tuesday 31st December (New Year’s Eve) - CLOSED
Wednesday 1st January 2025 (New Year’s Day) – CLOSED
Thursday 2nd January 2025 - Normal Business Hours Resume
During the above periods of reduced support, all servers and services will operate as per normal and will continue to be monitored and managed 24/7. For the days marked support ticket only, our main office is closed and there will not be any telephone support available, however support tickets will be answered. Please bear in mind that we will be running on reduced staff levels over the festive period and so tickets may take slightly longer to answer than normal. Any tickets submitted outside of the above support times will be dealt with on the next working day.
In line with standard industry practice, there is also a network change freeze in place for the Christmas period where no core network configuration changes will be permitted between the 21st December 2024 and 6th January 2025.
If you have any services due over the Christmas & New Year period that have payments due, please note that cheques will not be processed until we re-open in the new year. Please therefore consider that if you have a payment due that is normally by cheque, if we have not yet received it then we recommend making payment by card so your services are not affected. We will not be banking any cheques over the Christmas & New Year period and until funds are cleared, payment is not received for your services.
Emergency support is available 24/7 for all dedicated server customers as per normal using the specific contact details that you have previously been provided with.
